How Pavric handles member data
Pavric is a ring community where collectors and creators share ring photos, short showcase clips, profile updates, and collection notes. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, how user-generated content is handled, and how members can contact us with privacy or moderation questions.
1. Information we collect
We collect information that is needed to operate the app paths members actually use.
- Account and profile details such as display name, avatar image, profile bio, and account status.
- Member-generated content such as ring photos, showcase clips, captions, comments, profile edits, and likes.
- Safety records such as report submissions, block lists, moderation notes, and related follow-up activity.
- Purchase and restore metadata for in-app credit flows when members buy or restore digital items.
- Device and diagnostic data such as app settings, crash logs, and local cache needed to keep Pavric working.
2. How permissions work
Pavric requests access only when a feature needs it. Camera and photo library access support ring photo or clip publishing. Microphone access is used only when a member chooses to record audio while creating a clip. If a member does not use those features, the related permission is not required to browse the rest of the app.
3. User-generated content and community safety
Pavric contains member-generated photos, clips, captions, comments, and profile text. Because the service includes user-generated content, Pavric also keeps safety controls that help members flag issues and limit unwanted contact.
- Members can report posts or profiles that appear abusive, deceptive, infringing, sexualized, or otherwise unsafe.
- Members can block other accounts to reduce unwanted visibility and interaction.
- Report records, block records, and moderation decisions may be reviewed and retained to enforce community rules.
- If unsafe material is confirmed, Pavric may hide, remove, or restrict the related content or account.
4. Purchases, service providers, and analytics
When a member buys or restores an in-app digital product, payment processing is handled through the platform purchase flow. Pavric receives purchase status information, product identifiers, and balance updates so the app can fulfill the transaction. Pavric may also use service categories such as hosting, storage, analytics, attribution, and support operations to run the service.
5. Retention
- Published posts, comments, and profile records stay available until removed by the member or the service.
- Deleted member-facing content is removed from active surfaces and deleted from active systems within a reasonable operational window.
- Report, block, and moderation records may be kept longer when needed to review abuse, fraud, repeated violations, or legal obligations.
- Purchase and accounting records may be retained for tax, anti-fraud, and bookkeeping reasons.
- Crash logs and support tickets are retained only as long as reasonably needed to resolve service issues.
6. Your choices and rights
Members may request access, correction, deletion, or other account-related privacy help by contacting support@pavric.com with a clear subject line such as Pavric Privacy Request. We may ask for limited verification information before acting on a request so we do not disclose account data to the wrong person.
7. Children's privacy
Pavric is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 provided personal information without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to remove that data and may disable the related account.
